Solid Oak Kitchen
This is a nice example of a solid oak kitchen including a free standing country style dresser and a classic range cooker. The traditional style kitchen is finished by a black granite worktop. The kitchen has a long rectanglar shape and the inclusion of the dresser was in the style desired by the client as well as providing some elegant additional storage.

This picture illustrates the angle at the end of the counter. This was done to maximise the storage space and work surface while leaving the doorway clear.
The windows in this kitchen make it nice and bright. They did impose some design constraints. Notably the hood to contain the extractor fan needed to be to be custom built to the available area.

The iron handles in this kitchen were selected by the client and well suit the overall style.
I really enjoyed building this kitchen dresser. It suits the traditional style and provides lots of additional storage.
